The True Story of Teff: in English and Amharic

Thousands of years ago, ancient Ethiopians put three important farming pieces together: the plow, the ability to train oxen, and the knowledge of how to grow different grains, grasses, and other crops. They used these pieces to plant smalls seeds to grow large beautiful fields of teff. Teff a key ingredient in Ethiopia as it is eaten in many households every day, sometimes two or three times a day.
